He has supported more than 200 young people with autism, ADHD, and diverse developmental profiles. As a registered psychologist (clinical registrar), Peter oversees participant care and ensures high-quality, person-centred support. He also offers practical advice and strategies to help families strengthen daily routines and home-based supports.

NOTE: All team members are in their early thirties. We match workers to each participant’s goals, preferences, and routines.
The APO oversees incident processes, restrictive practice awareness, and risk planning. Staff receive guidance in low arousal practice and clear communication. Where a behaviour support plan exists, our team follows it and works with partner PBS practitioners.
