Community Access and Transport Support

We support participants to stay active and connected in their communities. Transport and one to one support for appointments, social activities, and day programs, with calm, consistent routines that build confidence.

Outcomes we aim for

How transport is billed

Transport and provider travel follow NDIS rules. Time and per kilometre may apply where allowed. See the Pricing page for current caps and our rates at 90 percent of the NDIS limit.

Who we support, safety and quality

We welcome all participants, with particular experience supporting boys and young men, including behaviours of concern related to autism, ADHD, anxiety, or trauma. Safety comes first. We plan routes, confirm meeting points, and record notes. The APO oversees safeguards and quality. Where a behaviour support plan exists, our team follows it and collaborates with partner PBS practitioners as required.
